What Our Client is Looking For :
10+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk, with a focus on corporate / commercial transactions.
Deep knowledge of business purchases / sales, corporate reorganizations, and professional corporations .
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal software like Appara is a plus.
A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for excellence.
