Description
We are looking for an experienced Systems Field Engineer / Coordinator who will be responsible for defined coordination activities occurring across the systems construction group :
- Communications
- Signaling
- Traction Power
- Overhead Catenary System
What You'll Be Doing :
Responsible for supervising the Systems warehouse and the associated budget.
Participate in the warehouse cost control monthly and report deviations to the systems segment manager, if any.
Monitor the inventories and report to accounting for the various Systems disciplines.
Gather data from each Systems’ group and prepare reporting with systems segment manager for upper management.
Gather data and monitor the Cost Of Non-Quality (CONQ) log for all systems.
Monitor the snagging log for all systems.
Implementation and monitoring of the systems installation progress trackers.
Monitoring systems readiness trackers with Systems teams and their predecessors, and report to the Systems manager.
Participate in Scheduling workshops for the various Systems disciplines to plan the works and pre-requisites required from other segments.
Gather data from each Systems’ group and prepare reporting as requested by the systems segment manager.
Represent the Systems group in meetings, audits or similar events as required.
Actively represent the company in a professional manner at all times by providing clear on-site communication / clear understandable works reports / regular communication with the concerned parties responsible for timely escalation of any issues or occurrences.
Other duties assigned by Line Manager.
