  • Serve as the onsite point of contact at integration facilities and escalate issues as needed to maintain schedule and project momentum.
  • Perform detailed quality inspections and visual inspections on assembled electrical equipment, including skids with switchgear and UPS systems.
  • Support commissioning readiness by verifying that equipment, documentation, and quality checkpoints meet project and technical requirements.
  • Enforce QA/QC standards and quality expectations in challenging environments, working closely with trades, contractors, and integrator teams.
  • Use Procore or similar tools to document inspections, track progress, manage punch lists, and support strong documentation workflows.
  • Coordinate with integrators, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment on installation and commissioning plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and inspection practices across integration facilities.
  • Participate in large-scale data center infrastructure projects, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle from assembly and inspection through commissioning readiness.

Essential Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on electrical trade experience, with journeyman or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of ATS (Automatic Transfer Switching) systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams.
  • Ability to read and interpret submittals and technical specifications.
  • Experience working in quality inspection, QA/QC, or commissioning environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform wiring, electrical inspection, and visual inspection tasks with high accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within integration facilities and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at integration facilities and to travel if required.
  • Procore experience or the ability to learn Procore quickly and use it to document inspections and progress.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
  • WHMIS training.
  • CSA Z462 Workplace Electrical Safety training.
  • First Aid/CPR certification (required within the first 30 days if not current).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with electrical commissioning activities and processes.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric equipment or related certifications.
  • Proficiency with Procore, including strong documentation and workflow management capabilities.
  • Experience providing QA/QC oversight and enforcing standards in challenging or fast-paced environments.
  • Exposure to data center infrastructure and critical power systems, including switchgear and UPS assemblies.
  • Interest in developing deeper expertise in critical power systems and data center infrastructure.
  • Ability to balance hands-on field work with detailed documentation and reporting responsibilities.
  • Availability to begin work in July–August 2026, with hiring targeted by May/June.
