    Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un agent méthode pour rejoindre notre équipe de support au opération basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

    Vous ferez partie de l’équipe PRÉFAL chargée de produire des composantes d' avion qui sont livrés aux deux FAL du programme A220, soit à Mirabel et Mobile.

    L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

    Votre rôle en tant qu'agent méthode, sera de supporter les cellules de travail autonome / EAP, et voir à ce que les enjeux techniques soient résolus de manières efficaces et rapides afin de minimiser les impacts aux opérations.

    • Interpréter, vérifier et approuver les dessins et autres documents provenant du service de l'ingénierie;
    • Établir des stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication de composantes d'avion;
    • Définir les outils nécessaires à la fabrication ou l'assemblage de composantes d'avion afin d'assurer le tolérancement géométrique requis;
    • Harmoniser l'implantation de changements d'ingénierie ou de stratégie d'assemblage et ce en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services d'ingénierie, de logistique des matières, de la qualité et de production et autres fonctions méthodes de l`organisation;
    • Être à l'affût des façons d'améliorer les stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication en plus de prendre part à des projets de recherche et de développement.
    • Votre profil :
    • Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou industriel ou un DEC en génie ou en aéronautique avec un minimum de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente;
    • Certification PMP ou expérience en gestion de projet est un atout;
    • Vous avez une solide expérience en amélioration continue ;
    • Vous pouvez jouer un rôle clé en méthodologie de résolution de problèmes;
    • Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les échéances.

      The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for one Manufacturing Engineering to join our operations support department team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

      You will be part of the PREFAL team responsible for producing aircraft components which are delivered to the two FALs of the A220 program, Mirabel and Mobil.

      The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

      Your role as a manufacturing engineering,will be to support the autonomous work cells / EAP, and ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and quickly in order to minimize impacts to operations.
