We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to the high-quality production of our products on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures, strictly adhering to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality compliance, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Perform basic machine operation and adjustments as required for the assembly process.
- Track production data, including units assembled and time spent, accurately filling out necessary documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and kitting components for assembly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an assembler in a manufacturing or production environment is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small components and tools.
- Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
