Reporting to the Manager, Advisor Marketing Operations, the Bilingual Marketing Coordinator delivers superior customer service to advisor inquiries. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, proven time-management abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be self-confident, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with diverse responsibilities and demands. The Advisor Sales and Marketing Support (ASMS) team delivers customized marketing initiatives at various levels, and this role is key to ensuring efficient operations and effective advisor support.
Position : Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, Advisor Operations
Location : Waterloo, (open to Toronto, Montreal)

Responsibilities
- Provide elevated tier-one service in English and French via inbox management, addressing advisor inquiries with accuracy and meeting service standards.
- Participate in Wrike triage meetings and answer inquiries through the platform.
- Proactively problem-solve and find solutions to advisor concerns.
- Triage and complete advisor requests within Wrike.
- Generate monthly reports on inquiry volume and types.
- Manage and improve team 'canned' responses and best practices. Maintain the ASMS knowledge base.
- Support Hearsay onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Update advisor profile data and ensure data accuracy in the On Request Printing system.
- Support email communications to French advisors.
- Manage contact lists for business partners and relevant advisor contacts.
- Handle operational administrative tasks, project management, and support colleagues.
- Perform other related activities to support the ASMS team as needed.
