Role Description
This is a full-time / part-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Kitchener, ON. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, utilizing accounting software, and handling various finance-related tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements and Bookkeeping skills
- Experience with Accounting Software, specifically Quick Books and QBO
- Knowledge of Finance and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
- Experience in Excel is preferred
