Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management or customer service, preferably within an educational setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational staff. Tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing information and guidance on educational services offered by the school.

- Assist in resolving client queries and concerns by liaising with relevant departments to provide timely and efficient solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client services by gathering feedback and participating in strategy development meetings.
