About the Opportunity

• Process vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and other AP items across multiple subsidiaries

Handle employee expense reports

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Manage payments via EFT / ACH and wires in NetSuite

Perform weekly bank reconciliations

Support period-end close : prepare journal entries and working papers

Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger

Assist with management reports and HST returns

About You

Minimum 3+ years with full-cycle AP, including 3-way match, bank reconciliations, and processing employee expense reports

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is a must

Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with NetSuite is required, Coupa would also be highly favored

Previous experience with system implementations or process improvements would be nice-to-have

Bilingual in English and French will be a very strong asset

Salary Range

70,000 - $80,000 / year
