We are hiring full time Salesforce Developer  or our  Toronto  office .   In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. The role will involve extending core Health Cloud functionality, integrating with external clinical systems (EMR / EHR, tele‑health, billing), and ensuring compliance with Canadian health‑privacy regulations (PHIPA, PIPEDA).

Our ideal candidate is a technically strong, self‑motivated developer with a proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end Health Cloud solutions in a regulated environment.

Job Description

• Develop and customize Health Cloud objects, components, and integrations to support patient management and outcomes tracking, adhering to healthcare standards and privacy requirements
• Design and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring integrity, security, and compliance with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and provincial privacy regulations
• Lead technical design reviews, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain best practices and coding standards
• Participate in Agile delivery, automate business processes, and support CI / CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and related tools
• Provide Tier 2 production support, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Salesforce releases and health tech trends to propose innovative solutions
