What Will You Do?

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that add value
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and shape strategy
  • Track and update sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively position offerings
  • What Do You Bring?

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability in B2B lead generation and new business development (hunter mindset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
