Role Description

This is a full‑time position. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the Credit Union’s member base and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and presenting financial service solutions. You will play a central role in promoting Lighthouse CU’s mission and values within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales, lead generation, and account management
• Strong business development and networking skills
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends, particularly in banking and lending
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment
• Familiarity with the Jewish community and culture is an asset
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
