Job Description
This is an introductory experience into the world of Commercial Banking. You will learn the fundamentals of commercial lending through financial analysis, risk management and industry analysis. The role involves working closely with a variety of mid‑market businesses to help them meet their financial goals, and creating business proposals that address the clients’ credit, deposits and cash‑management needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial and credit analysis for commercial loan requests.
- Assess risk and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct industry market analysis to inform client strategies.
- Develop business proposals and presentations for mid‑market clients.
- Support relationship managers and account managers in client service.
Qualifications
Career Path
After onboarding and training, you will become an Analyst working with a Relationship Manager or as a standalone Account Manager. Future roles may include sales, relationship management, risk management or other positions across Canada within the Commercial Associate program.
