Why Work Here Bonus: up to 10% (prorated depending on when you join) Benefits - very comprehensive, day one Vacation - 3 Weeks Pension/RRSP - yes after 6 months, match up to 5K Education- eligible to role, managerial approval, employer pays full amount About the Opportunity Support day-to-day billing operations across multiple business units Assist with period-end and ad hoc billing processes to ensure deadlines are met and client reporting is accurate Coordinate with internal finance and business teams on fee collection, invoice preparation, and accounts receivable management Contribute to process improvements and quality control initiatives within billing systems and workflows Support the preparation of management reporting and identify opportunities for enhanced reporting capabilities Participate in system enhancement projects and operational improvements Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders across finance and operational teams Handle additional ad hoc tasks and assignments as required About You Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated experience with billing processes and accounts receivable Familiarity with billing or revenue management platforms (experience with specialized systems considered an asset) Strong understanding of financial services or investment operations environments Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros) and reporting tools Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Qlik or similar) is an asset Exposure to financial systems or platforms used for reconciliation and reporting is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic Interest in continuous learning and professional development Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 / year How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
