Job description

This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to how advanced AI systems understand, evaluate, and explain financial concepts. We’re looking for finance professionals who bring deep experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, valuation, performance reporting, and business decision support.

You’ll challenge advanced language models on Financial Analyst topics, including financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow modeling, KPI interpretation, budget-to-actual variance analysis, scenario planning, capital allocation, profitability analysis, and executive-level financial recommendations. Your work will help strengthen model reasoning, improve factual accuracy, and ensure AI-generated financial content meets professional standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses, models, explanations, prompts, and responses for accuracy, logic, completeness, and professional quality.
  • Challenge advanced language models with complex Financial Analyst tasks involving forecasting, variance analysis, valuation, financial statements, budgeting, and business performance interpretation.
  • Review and refine AI-generated prompts and responses to ensure they reflect sound financial reasoning, appropriate assumptions, and clear business communication.
  • Provide structured feedback that identifies reasoning errors, flawed assumptions, calculation mistakes, missing context, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Shape AI communication standards for finance-related content, ensuring outputs are precise, well-organized, decision-useful, and appropriate for business audiences.
  • Support benchmarking efforts by assessing model performance across realistic financial analysis tasks and documenting recurring failure modes.
  • Create or review finance-specific examples, rubrics, and evaluation criteria that help improve how models reason through financial problems.
  • Help ensure AI systems can distinguish between accounting facts, analytical judgment, market assumptions, and business recommendations.

Your Profile :

  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, business finance, or a closely related finance function.
  • Significant hands-on work with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial statement interpretation.
  • Deep knowledge of core finance concepts, including revenue and cost drivers, profitability analysis, cash flow analysis, valuation methods, scenario modeling, and business performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP-based financial statements, Excel-based modeling practices, KPI reporting, and the role of finance in strategic decision-making.
  • Proven experience translating complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying analytical errors, validating assumptions, reviewing financial outputs, and explaining financial reasoning in writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required; MBA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred.
  • Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content is a strong plus.
