Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the technical elements of the respective workstreams (BHS, IT, Above-Wing, Below-Wing, Trials, Transition etc.)

Supports the ORAT Functional Lead in the day-to-day running of the workstream

Identifies risks to the workstream and escalates issues to the ORAT Functional Lead

  • Works with stakeholder (SMEs) to jointly achieve readiness of the new airport facilities.

Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of Airport staff.

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

Bachelors Degree with minimum 6 years experience in managing large and complex programs.

Preferred Qualification:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an SME in aviation-related projects.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role as ORAT SME.

Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and more specifically, a good understanding of wholistic airport operations.

Thorough understanding of the subject field for the SME role.

Previous experience in ORAT program(s) is considered a must.

ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500M is an asset.
