Assembly Technician / Production Associate – Cambridge, ON

Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay: $19-21/hr
Shift: Multiple Available (Days, Afternoons, Nights, Continentals)

Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble mechanical parts and component sub-assemblies.
- Technical Execution: Read and follow schematic drawings, standard operating procedures, and production guides.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, assist with basic troubleshooting, and ensure precise specifications are met.
- Safety & Upkeep: Maintain an organized work area while adhering to all personal protective equipment (PPE) and facility safety standards.

Qualifications
- Background: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse settings (or equivalent mechanical background).
- Dependability: Strong track record of punctuality, attendance, and team reliability.
- Physical Readiness: Able to stand for full shifts, perform repetitive lifting, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Mindset: Strong safety awareness and a positive, collaborative approach.
