Qualifications: Some post-secondary education or a college diploma preferred.

  • 2–3 years of previous experience in an administrative role required; experience in R&D, sourcing, or procurement considered an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel knowledge (e.g., INDEX, IF statements, VLOOKUP, MATCH, PivotTables).

Experience managing a large volume of data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
