About the Role The one Audi Digital Dealer (oADD) team is seeking a highly motivated Website Support Specialist with strong project management skills to oversee the migration of dealership websites to the oADD platform. These websites are complex and built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), requiring technical know-how, organizational expertise, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin between dealers and internal teams, ensuring seamless and timely migrations. We are open to remote candidate's across Canada. Those outside of the EST Time zone will be required to work within. Responsibilities Project Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers during the website migration process. Manage the end-to-end migration process, ensuring adherence to strict project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including the integrations team, inventory team, content authors, and DNS management team. Escalate risks or issues to leadership as needed to prevent project delays. Dealer Communication : Work closely with dealers to gather all necessary requirements, including imagery, website copy, branding assets, and additional content. Clearly outline expectations, timelines, and deliverables for the migration process. Provide regular status updates and address dealer concerns promptly. Technical Execution : Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to facilitate the migration process. Ensure website content, inventory, and functionality align with dealer expectations post-migration. Collaborate with the DNS management team to transition domains and maintain website uptime during migration. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of migrated websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance. Validate content, imagery, and integrations are correctly implemented and meet both dealer and internal standards. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the migration process. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve tools, templates, and workflows. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in website management, support, or project management in a technical environment. Fully bilingual French / English (Written / verbal) Familiarity with Content Management Systems (AEM an asset). Basic understanding of DNS management and website hosting principles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to drive for results and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration process. Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges or changes in project scope. Nice to have Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus. What’s in it for you?
