Join our Order to Cash team as a Junior Credit Controller!

Role Overview:

Step into the exciting world of finance with this entry-level position! As an O2C Junior Credit Controller, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, focusing on maintaining strong business relationships while working towards Haleon's objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain robust business relationships with our customers and vendors.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure compliance and timely end-to-end customer service.

  • Contribute to meet specific targets within collections and cash management

Your profile

Basic qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in either Czech or Slovak (preferably both) and possess excellent communication skills. A customer-oriented mindset and basic Microsoft Office knowledge are advantageous. Our ideal candidate should:

  • Be fluent in Czech and/or Slovak (B2 level or above).

  • Demonstrate superior communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Be familiar with basic functionalities of MS Teams and MS Excel.

  • Be fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

Preferred qualifications:

The following attributes would be beneficial:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.

  • Experience in Order to Cash, Collections, Accounting, or Customer Service.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
