Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with employees in the production environment to listen and drive structured problem solving.
- Leverage performance data with discipline. Develop strategic insights to predict early warning indicators, identify opportunities, make decisions, and deliver solutions.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and processes to global manufacturing standards.
- Achieve business results by leading the team to develop and deliver improvements to KPIs, ensuring linkage from strategy to actions in BCC, PCC, DCC, and ZCCs.
- Drive continuous improvement by eliminating internal roadblocks and providing the necessary resources to teams to support problem resolution resulting in cost / quality improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across functions / departments to drive innovation and deliver timely solutions.
- Lead transformation and change management efforts.
- Develop organizational capability through coaching and development of “Leaders as Teachers” at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
Required :
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience aligned with the technical aspects of the role.
Experience :

Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or engineering. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)
