Responsibilities
Your duties as a Stock Specialist will be as follows:


Inventory Management & Accuracy
Be responsible for controlling the stock and the physical handling of products from the warehouse, backroom, and boutique floor to ensure the optimal presentation of Nespresso products.
Responsible for developing or maintaining inventory-tracking systems.
Review levels of supplies, order new materials, and perform a daily analysis to ensure accuracy.
Execute mandatory FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) checks and accurately report any product nearing its best-before date.
Accurately complete all stock transfers and internal movements within the designated systems and timelines.
Physical & Logistics Operations
Work on logistics and inventory tasks, organize, and help keep the boutique running smoothly, ensuring the sales floor is continuously stocked.
This role Includes the physical duties of safely lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering boxes and heavy items of various sizes and weights, consistent with provincial safety standards.
You will need to strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Professionalism, Safety & Compliance
You will be required to maintain a high degree of professionalism and adherence to all company policies, including all workplace conduct and safety protocols.
Immediately report any inventory discrepancies, incidents of theft, or safety concerns to management.
All workplace conversations, behavior, and physical interactions with colleagues and clients must remain professional and respectful.
Encourage team members, including communicating team goals related to stock and inventory processes.
Assist in creating a culture of safety, actively identifying areas for new training or skill checks for colleagues on inventory handling.
Assist the team where and when needed.
Perform any other job-related duties


Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Versatile, autonomous, available, open to change and flexible
Have a sense of health and safety
Strong interest in our product and in coffee in particular
