Willing and able to sit while operating various vehicles or equipment for periods of 4-5 hours at a time and climbing in and out of vehicles.COE4. Strict adherence to the Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces Code of Values and Ethics, Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector, Directive on Conflict of Interest, and Defence Administrative Orders and Directives (DAOD) 7021-1, Conflict of Interest*.

Operational Requirements

OR1. Willing and able to work standby, overtime, and weekends, nights, evenings, and statutory holidays, as required. OR2. Willing and able to wear CSA approved safety footwear and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety regulations.OR3. Willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks (including lifting and carrying up to 25kg, bending, and climbing into heavy equipment) in compliance with safety regulations.OR4. Willing and able to learn and accept training on other vehicles to complete daily taskings.OR5. Willing and able to work in an environment with exposure to loud noises, fumes and dust.
