About the role :
CLA is looking to hire a AP Analyst / Staff Accountant for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice in Colorado. Our CAAS service helps our clients transform their business with a collaborative approach that allows them to seamlessly mitigate risk, overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and identify personnel to help them with their workforce needs.
As an AP Analyst / Staff Accountant, you will :
Client Service : Learns to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Day-to-Day Transactions : Processes Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursements, and Cash Receipts.
Month End Processing : Completes non-complex account reconciliations ( bank & credit card reconciliations).
Other Quarterly or Annual Processing : Completes Form 1099s.
What you will need :
Three or more years of accounts payable experience.
Technical knowledge of accounting software (, QuickBooks, Intacct, Xero, , Expensify) and other applicable software (, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Associates degree required. Equivalent work experience may be considered as a degree equivalent.
Ability to travel to local client sites as needed.

Compensation Strategy Statement :

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Colorado, the posted range for this role is $46,000 - $67,000
