Job Overview:
This position is open to post-secondary students available for a summer term full-time (40-hours per week) placement between May and mid-August 2026 (10-14 weeks).
This role provides the opportunity for a post-secondary student to apply classroom knowledge to real-world application ..professional experience in Data Analytics. The Data Analytics Intern will contribute to real projects while developing practical skills related to their academic program.
This Data Analytics Intern will focus on enhancing operational discipline and improving service delivery, tracking critical KPIs and ensuring seamless processes for key business functions. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that streamline service performance and enhance client satisfaction.

Mentorship
The intern will receive ongoing mentorship through weekly check-ins, feedback sessions, and collaboration with the VP, Strata Operations and relevant department leaders and subject matter experts. leaders and subject matter experts. The intern will collaborate with department leaders to gain professional insights to further develop their skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our executive leadership team to quantify and showcase the value of service improvements through vendor savings and performance insights.
  • Collaborate on data visualization and reporting to drive accountability and operational excellence.
  • Conduct research, analysis, or planning activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, or communications as required
  • Learn and utilize internal systems to generate reports to support the data analytics
  • Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
  • Other administrative and operational duties, as required


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, and Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to learn and navigate new technology and platforms.
  • Excellent organization, planning, motivation and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven


What We Offer:
As a temporary associate, you will be eligible to receive Employment Standard time off benefits and access to our Employee Assistance Plan.

Compensation:
$19 - $20 per hour
