The Opportunity
Accountable / responsible for managing branch operations to achieve set company targets, to implement and support policies, goals and objectives of Wajax and to ensure branch activities support a safe, efficient and productive atmosphere
The Role
- Responsible for supporting the business of Parts & Service sales to customers
- Manage Parts & Service sales and ensures profit margin targets are met
- Identify issues and work with co-workers to resolve them in a timely manner
- Provide training and support for all Parts & Service technicians and supervisors
- Ensures that parts inventory levels meet customer demand and service levels meets customer expectations
- Manage branch personnel performance, safety, training and customer service
- Work with customers, suppliers and co-workers to fulfill service orders and inquiries with service and cost expectations
Responsible to manage offsite projects.
Review costing and requirements.
Ensure legal agreements are in place and safety requirements are met.
The Candidate
Education : College diploma / Post secondary Education
Work Experience : 3-5 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations
Knowledge : Experience working with budgets, analyzing budgets and developing targets
Proficiency : Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
