The Program Managerwillleadtheadoptionstrategyandtraining / communicationssegmentofour team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our data analytics and insights platform’s utilization and understanding across the organization.

A Day in the Life

  • Developandexecuteacomprehensivedataanalyticsandinsightsadoptionstrategy
  • Createanalignedframework,playbook,andmaturityassessmentforanalyticsacross functional stakeholder groups. Own the execution of this one created.
  • Lead,manage,andimprovethemonthlyonboardingprogramforinternalteam members.
  • Overseethecreationanddeliveryofstandardanalyticstrainingpackages,managing user stories from our 24 product teams.
  • Handleallend-usercommunicationsaboutourplatform(e.g.planneddowntime notifications, quarterly recaps, new programs)
  • Developandimplementtargetedmarketingcampaignstoincreaseplatform engagement and user satisfaction.
  • Partner with the team to create engaging contentfor training materials, newsletters, and announcements tailored to the needs of the user base.
  • Gatheruserfeedbacktoinformcontinuousimprovementofthetrainingandcommunication materials.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION

JOBEXPERIENCE

  • Provenexperienceinprogrammanagement,preferablyindataanalyticsorarelated field.
  • Requirespracticalknowledgeinleadingandmanagingtheexecutionofprocesses and projects.
  • Strongprojectmanagementskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipleinitiatives simultaneously.
  • Strongbackgroundindevelopingadoptionstrategies,trainingandcommunication programs, and change management.
  • StrongunderstandofAgilemethodologies,scrumframework,anddataanalytics processes.
  • Excellentcommunication,collaboration,andleadershipskills
  • Abilitytoworkwithcross-functionalteamsandstakeholders,includingdata professionals andbusiness users.
  • Knowledgeofanalyticsanddatavisualizationtoolsisaplus,tobetterunderstandthe user’sperspective.
  • Preferredknowledgeinoperations,supplychain,suppliermanage,systems,data analytics, andbusinessprocess automation.

Base Salary Range : 103K - 155K
