Reporting to the Senior Manager of Planning and Allocation for NVS Canada the Senior Allocator partners cross-functionally with merchants planners stores and marketplace supply chain. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Seeking an analytical and collaborative Allocation Planner to support the Canadian Nike Factory Stores and Clearance Store. This role is responsible for delivering Consumer x Division-driven plans that directly impact NVS financial targetsRevenue Margin Inventory and Profitability. The ideal candidate will optimize seasonal monthly and weekly product flow to maximize in-stock rates and mitigate lost demand. A strong understanding of retail KPIs is essential along with advanced Excel skills to manage and interpret complex data sets. Success in this role requires a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure product availability aligns with consumer demand. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about driving results through data.

• Ability to concisely present complex information / recommendations in meaningful terms to various audiences
• A deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in allocation planning and understanding of financial product and inventory planning
• Strong understanding of merchandise consumer and FOP as it relates to Nike Direct strategy
• Very strong Excel knowledge and preferred knowledge of Retail Pro system.
• Typically requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 2 years Allocation experience Note : One of the following alternatives may be accepted : PhD or Law 1 yr; Masters 0-3 yrs; Associates degree 1-3 yrs; High School 3-5 yrs

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

As a Sr. Allocation Planner youll manage style / color / size-level load-ins and replenishments monitor store performance weekly and adjust allocations as needed. Youll collaborate cross-functionally maintain healthy inventory levels support store openings and manage Retail Pro uploads.
