We are looking for a resourceful, empathetic and collaborative individual to join our leading wealth management firm as an Administrative Assistant. By providing ongoing, exceptional service and support to our clients and our Advisor team, you will help our team deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm. Offering efficient internal support, you will be invaluable in ensuring the Advisory team functions fluidly and that each member receives the assistance they need to perform at their best.


What will you do?

  • Providing administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people.
  • Applying experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.Answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
  • Maintaining vacation schedule and master schedule of whereabouts for staff.
  • Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
  • Typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

  • Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology
  • High level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Nice to Have: Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$35,000.00 - $47,000.00

This position includes competitive-based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to:

0.5x
