Qualifications - Industry Experience: You must possess a minimum of three years of experience within the automotive industry, specifically in a manufacturing environment. - Leadership Background: Proven experience in a supervisory role is required, with a strong ability to manage disciplinary processes and employee development. - Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding of stamping processes and are comfortable using computer software and mathematical applications. - Soft Skills: You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal insight, conflict resolution abilities, and a decisive leadership style that fits a fast-paced environment.
