Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Gérant(e) dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe et soutenir la gestion quotidienne de nos opérations. En tant qu’Assistant Gérant, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement.
Vos responsabilités principales :
* Assister le gérant dans la supervision des opérations quotidiennes.
* Coordonner les plannings et assurer une gestion efficace des équipes.
* Participer à la gestion des stocks et à l’organisation logistique.
* Veiller à l’application des standards de qualité et de service.
* Assurer un excellent service client et résoudre les problèmes éventuels.
* Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers et opérationnels.
Votre profil :
* Expérience préalable en gestion ou dans un rôle similaire.
* Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
* Capacité à résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement.
* Bonne organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
