Overview ofRole
As aBusiness Development Manager you will be an important member of ourteam. You will build and maintain our firm s business developmentefforts in advisory channels wholesaling our proprietary investmentfunds to financial advisors family offices and institutions bytargeted prospecting focussed marketing initiatives & byusing your ownnetwork.
You have anenergetic salesoriented personality enjoy working with people andbuilding relationships. With an excellent working knowledge oftraditional and alternative investment strategies you are able toclearly communicate with prospects and identify new businessopportunities.

Outboundcalls to Investment Advisors in order to generate interest and bookappointments for the ExternalWholesaler
Primaryresponsibility is developing a business development pipeline forthe firm including identifying prospective clients and centers ofinfluence and engaging with such parties on the firm s services andinvestment strategies with a mandate to grow the firm sassets.
Assistingin the preparation and maintenance of sales and marketing materialsand strategic planning of marketinginitiatives.
Liaisingwith other members of the firm to assist with the firm s businessdevelopmentobjectives.
Profileof IdealCandidate
Youpossess a University degree & relevant industrydesignations are also considered an asset. You have excellentwritten and verbal presentation skills and a willingness to do thelittle things behind thescenes.
You have astrong track record of success in a business development role. Youare comfortable on the phone and being in a high activity salesposition.
You enjoyworking in a smaller entrepreneurial environment and are a highenergy selfmotivated enthusiastic and a collaborative team playerwho is willing to roll up their sleeves and grow as we continue toexpand.
Compensation : $60000$100000 base salary commission
