JobDescription :

We are seekinga dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to joinour team. As the Business Development Manager you will play a keyrole in driving the growth and expansion of Kathleen Black Coachingand Consulting.

You will be responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities cultivating relationships with prospectiveclients and developing strategies to maximize revenue and marketshare.

Responsibilities :

Develop andimplement strategic business development plans to achieve companyobjectives and revenuetargets.

Identify andtarget potential clients within the real estate industry includingreal estate agents brokerages and relatedbusinesses.

Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients industry partners andkeystakeholders.

Conduct marketresearch to identify trends opportunities and competitoractivities.

Collaboratewith internal teams to develop innovative products services andsolutions to meet clientneeds.

Prepare anddeliver presentations proposals and pitches to prospectiveclients.

Negotiatecontracts pricing and terms of agreements withclients.

Track andanalyze sales performance metrics to measure progress and identifyareas forimprovement.

Stay informedabout industry developments best practices and emergingtrends.

RepresentKathleen Black Coaching and Consulting at industry eventsconferences and networkingfunctions.

Requirements :

Proven trackrecord of success in business development sales or accountmanagement preferably within the real estateindustry.

Strongunderstanding of real estate market dynamics trends andchallenges.

Excellentcommunication presentation and negotiationskills.

Ability tobuild and maintain relationships with clients and industrypartners.

Selfmotivatedand proactive with a strong drive to achieveresults.

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRMsoftware.

Willingness totravel asneeded.
