We are seeking a highly organized Technical Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, promote, and implement policies and procedures for controlling and improving the integrity of materials across the organization.
- Develop, sponsor, and implement relevant methodologies to guarantee accurate customer specifications (chemical and physical).
- Work with the Corporate Operations team to develop and monitor KPIs for Quality of materials.
- Document typical physicochemical characterization of materials by generation source and geographical region.
- Compile, integrate, and analyze the characterizations of the materials exported from the operating companies.
- Conduct Root-Cause Analysis investigations for quality deviations, formally document findings, and implement corrective action.
- Support problem identification and implementation of solutions for quality and material handling problems, including but not limited to dust emissions, environmental handling rules based on jurisdictional criteria, and homogeneous blending.
Qualifications :
BS degree preferable in Chemical Engineering. Desired experience in Iron / Steel making process or bulk-raw materials.
