Overview :
We are seeking individuals who can provide exceptional technical support and customer service in a fast-paced, post-migration environment.
The successful candidate will interact with end users and clients, resolving migration-related issues and ensuring a smooth transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
This is a high-demand enterprise setting that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver technical support in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Support the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, addressing user issues and concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common software and hardware application issues.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records and update ServiceNow tickets, utilizing knowledge bases as needed.
- Provide remote support and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in technical support or IT.
- Familiarity with laptops and both Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- CompTIA A+ certification and Windows 11 certification are highly preferred.
- Associate’s degree or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with Lenovo laptops, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a valuable asset.
Duration : 11-month contract
