SENIOR COPYWRITER MISSION
You will create engaging and persuasive content that resonates with target audiences through research, writing, and editing content for various channels, including websites, blogs, guides, emails, and other marketing materials.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Create content that is on-brand, aligned with the content strategy, maintains an accurate tone of
voice while ensuring grammatically correctness.
- Incorporate SEO insights and keyword research to optimize website content to enhance organic search results, drive traffic, and improve user experience.
- Expertly write clever, creative, engaging, strategic, and results-focused copy that is aligned with campaign plans, content strategies, and client projects.
- Collaborate with Everbrave’s Creative, Accounts, and Sales teams, as well as external influencers and industry experts, to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our client’s target audience.
- Provide support on Brand development and key messaging to ensure consistency and alignment across all content channels.
- Maintain a clear and consistent use of the client’s brand voice, adhering to commonly used style guides.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business, establish goals, and ensure accurate delivery of products.
- Develop content strategies and calendars for both B2C & B2B clients with an understanding of the B2B landscape and ability to tailor content plans to meet business objectives to drive leads, subscribers, awareness and / or other important initiatives (examples include e-books, whitepapers, infographics, guides, video, etc.).
- Work with the Growth team to develop quarterly campaigns for clients with an understanding of how our marketing efforts are generating and converting traffic and leads and how we can best achieve the goals through innovative strategies, specifically as it relates to creating compelling content.
- Establish goals and clearly define metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach.
- Conduct interviews, present content strategies, actively engage in meetings.
- Conduct independent online research as needed.
- Lead Everbrave’s content efforts including content strategy, brand key messaging, campaign
planning, website content, video content, digital advertising, pillar pages, guides, landing pages,
calls-to-action, blogs, and any other copywriting requirements.
- Ability to adapt to and proactively incorporate emerging technologies and stay informed on the latest industry best practices, including leveraging AI tools to enhance research, content creation, distribution, and optimization.
- Apply a data-driven approach to analyze content metrics, user feedback, and performance data to iterate and improve content strategies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and provide a status update on projects.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before sending to clients ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing, communication or other editorial role working with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and messaging with the ability to differentiate the brand through content.
- Experience in creative copywriting for advertising efforts.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience working with agencies or in an agency setting; or client side with a growth mindset.
- Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
COMPENSATION
Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000
