Alberta Sales Director Senior Sales Manager
We are looking forsomeone who has years of industrial field sales experienceespecially in the HVA C industry to join ouramazing sales team! This role includes managing customer accountsassisting with business development and carrying out HVAC B2B salesproject management and various other daytoday salesactivities.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Representthe company at a professional level to new and existingclients.
- Preparefollow up on leads quotations sales orders andinvoices.
- Conductsales calls in Alberta territory. Travel will berequired.
- Maintainexcellent relationships with all level of industrial contactsincluding HVAC contractors HVAC Wholesalers Mechanical EngineersandDevelopers / Builders.
- Meetsales goals through the development of existing customers andprospecting newbusiness
- Maintainand improve sales and technical skills industry knowledge andproductinformation.
- Atthe director level responsibilities include recruiting training andguiding sales team members developing territory goals monitoringand evaluating theperformance.
Requirements
Skillsandrequirements :
- Over5 years of Outside sales in related industry and 2 years of HVACfield sales experience is required HVAC wholesale experience ispreferred.
- Excellentverbal written and communicationskills
- Abilityto work independently and as a member of a growing salesteam
- Proficientwith Microsoftbasedproducts
- Organizeddetailed andreliable
- Drivento provide exceptional customerservice
- Holda valid class 5 driver s license willing to travel territorydaily
- Demonstratedability to influence themarket
