Position : Sales Associate Company : Primerica Location : North York, ON Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Industry : Financial Services, Insurance, Investment Overview : Primerica is a leading financial services company that offers a range of products, including life insurance, investments, and other financial solutions.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Primerica’s financial products to individuals, families, and small businesses, while providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities : Product Sales & Marketing : Promote Primerica’s products and services, including term life insurance, investments, debt management, and other financial solutions.

Identify and target potential customers, including individuals and families looking to improve their financial security.

Present financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals, helping them make informed decisions about investments, and financial management.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure ongoing financial needs are being met and recommend product upgrades or changes based on evolving goals.

Financial Education : Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. Host seminars, webinars, or one-on-one meetings to help clients understand complex financial concepts and products.

Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of financial products.

Complete necessary paperwork, including applications, contracts, and financial planning documents accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Basic financial literacy and interest in personal finance and investments.

Experience : No prior sales or financial services experience required; training is provided. Benefits : Flexible hours and the option to work from home.
