Role Overview :  As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring they leave with a smile. Key Responsibilities : Customer Engagement :  Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Product Knowledge :  Stay informed about our products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales. Sales Support :  Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain the sales floor’s organization and cleanliness. Team Collaboration :  Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive shopping environment. Inventory Management :  Assist with restocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and conducting merchandise displays to highlight promotions. Customer Feedback :  Listen to customer feedback and concerns, providing insights to management to improve the overall customer experience. What We’re Looking For : High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for processing transactions.
