Accounting Assistant
Our client located in South Calgary is seeking a Part-time Accounting Assistant. This is a permanent part-time position reviewing a high volume of invoices.

Responsibilities :
- Code and enter Accounts Payable invoices
- Enter Accounts Receivable invoices
- Collection calls and processing customer payments
- Maintain records and files
- Answer phones, mail, courier and other office duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role is preferred
- Accounting / Business Diploma, Certificate or Degree would be well regarded
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
