Responsibilities :
Accountable for the daytoday operations and support of the ProjectManagement (PM) database & other repositories. Supportplanned system enhancements.
Actas Super User for the Project Management software tool supportingthe team on issues resolutions and trainingrequirements.
Drive improvementsby maintaining processes & process maps for projectmanagement led initiatives.
Accountable for training Project Management users on the databasefunctionality and other tools whenrequested.
Coordinate and supportthe PM team on IT & PMO related projects includingrequirements gathering monitoring and evaluating the projectstracking actions risks decisions and update projectbudgets.
Develop executivefacingdynamic dashboards for project status and exceptionreporting.
Lead change bydeveloping ad hoc reports using the PM database & otherrepository tools to look for trends inconsistencies andgaps.
Track PM SLA and OKRmetrics to share with the PM team and be able to action whenrequired.
Collaborate with teammembers to understand operational challenges & support withbest in class current highquality data toolstemplates.
Coordinate Sun Lifeproject audit requirements for the Project Management database toensure that the system supports Sun Life auditprocesses.
Manage thedepartmentalbudget.
Whatyou will need to succeed :
University degree in technology or ComputerScience
Experience in the fieldsof Architectural sciences Engineering Business or ProjectManagement
Interpersonal skillsgood team player with the ability to also workindependently
Microsoft Officeincluding Word Excel Project Teams andPowerPoint
