Responsibilities :

Work across departments in both our Product team and our Client Services team implementing our SEO software suite, Search Atlas.

You will be assigned clients where you will be in charge of operating Otto (our revolutionary AI SEO tool) and Search Atlas for them.

• Communication + emails with clients.
• Learning and understanding Search Atlas inside and out.
• Helping clients understand SEO best practices and implementing them with Search Atlas / Otto.
• Adapting to the role as needed.

Requirements :

This role must work in EST or CST.

• At least three years experience with SEO.
• Experience using tools such as Semrush, Ahfres, etc.
• Experience communicating with clients.
• Native English speaker
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented and meticulous. You are the most organized person you know!
