As a content and marketing copywriter, you'll be responsible for creating a wide range of compelling content, from emails and digital marketing campaigns to blog posts, eBooks, and more.
You'll play a strategic role in the marketing team, collaborating with growth, product, brand, and partnership experts. Beyond just producing high-quality work, you'll have a direct impact on shaping our client's content strategy, ensuring your voice contributes to key initiatives.
While our client operates as a remote-first company, they gather in person several times a year for essential events, including annual planning sessions, company retreats, and team social activities.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, your duties will include :
- Managing and maintaining the client’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing leadership team to align copy with content objectives and the editorial calendar.
- Partnering with external agencies and cross-functional teams, such as Customer Success, Product, and Sales Enablement, to meet diverse copy needs.
- Producing engaging copy for various platforms, including blogs, emails, case studies, videos, eBooks, websites, social media, and print.
- Clearly and creatively communicating the client’s value propositions to different target personas, with a focus on driving engagement and results.
- Overseeing the client’s blog from start to finish, including writing, collaborating with designers for visuals, and posting the content.
- Optimizing content for SEO to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Managing a small portion of writing assigned to internal and external partners, ensuring high quality and strong working relationships.
- Leading selected strategic initiatives where content plays a critical role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting across multiple media channels.
- Ability to blend creative storytelling with professional, clear writing.
- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Post-secondary degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing skills.
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare writing is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, able to juggle multiple projects.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively across teams and independently.
- Eagerness to experiment, learn from results, and refine content based on performance insights.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) writing principles.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Suite, Asana, Confluence, HubSpot, Slack, Figma, and Sprinklr.
