Company working in the food industry and located in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for an administrative assistant for the warehouse!

The warehouse administrative assistant will support daily administrative activities within the warehouse by providing support to the warehouse manager.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours per week)

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

Support the management team in communications

Keep the organization chart up to date;

Ensure data management, archiving

Manage orders for materials, equipment or supplies

Complete credit requests

Collaborate with the director and the management committee in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of policies and procedures

Entering payroll data periodically

Qualifications

Bilingualism both oral and written

Experience in a similar position

DEC in administration (asset)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software,

Excellent organizational skills, multitasking

Great sense of autonomy and initiative

Attention to detail
