Responsibilities :
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Handle calendar and agenda management
- Prepare correspondence and arrange conference calls
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a small office environment and wear multiple hats
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
