Technical Lead ClientExperience
Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking a skilled TechnicalLead to join their Client Experience Team. As a Technical Lead youwill be pivotal in driving technical efforts and deliveringinnovative solutions that enhance the client experience.
Youll leadthe development of key features for digital products and servicescollaborating with product managers business analysts designers andengineers to craft industryleading digitalexperiences.

Hourly salary of $86 to $100 based onexperience.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Workschedule from 9 : 00 am. to 5 : 00pm.
Hybrid position : in theoffice 3 days a week with flexibility in choosing whichdays.
Responsibilities :
Lead the development of digital applications working alongside bothtechnical and business teams to ensure successfuldeployment.
Collaborate withbusiness divisions to gather and analyze client insights enhancingdecisionmaking processes.
Conductdata modeling experiments document findings and assess outcomesthrough prototype analysis.
Utilize Large Language Models to deliver business value and drivetechnological advancements.
Partner with the data team to design and develop essential dataproducts.
Provide guidance oncoding standards review code and ensure highquality softwaredelivery.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
6 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Python andSQL.
Expertise in Python for dataanalysis with proficiency in libraries such as Pandas NumPy andMatplotlib.
Experience with webdevelopment frameworks like Streamlit orFlask.
Proficiency in frontendtechnologies including HTML CSS andJavaScript.
Strong understandingof Kubernetes for orchestrating and managing containerizedapplications.
Experience workingwithin cloud environments particularlyAWS.
Competence in managingvarious database systems including both SQL and NoSQLdatabases.
Ability toindependently manage multiple projects and communicate effectivelywithstakeholders.
