Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their day-to-day needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including contact information and emergency contacts
- Manage general office tasks, such as supplies, filing, and banking
- Assist with accounts receivable, including reviewing reports, processing payments, and updating records
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure timely rent collection and resolve any payment issues
- Prepare and code invoices, and ensure timely approval and payment
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to achieve property goals
Requirements :
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in commercial real estate administration (an asset)
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience with property management software (an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
