Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their day-to-day needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including contact information and emergency contacts
  • Manage general office tasks, such as supplies, filing, and banking
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including reviewing reports, processing payments, and updating records
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure timely rent collection and resolve any payment issues
  • Prepare and code invoices, and ensure timely approval and payment
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to achieve property goals

Requirements :

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate administration (an asset)
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience with property management software (an asset)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
