As an OSL Samsung Sales Supervisor, you will support the Sales Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring that your store delivers excellence in Customer Experience and Operations, support the Samsung brand, and drive our team meet our collective business goals.
You will lead by example and always create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and function well as a team.
Here’s where you come in
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Supervisor works with a team of sales representatives to deliver an amazing level of customer service.
You lead in delivering the very best customer experience and operations in the day-to-day function of the store by leading a talented team of sales representatives.
You are a strong ambassador of the Samsung brand. You’re passionate and want to sharpen your skills to grow along with us in a fast, fun, high-energy work environment.

A day in the life of a Sales Supervisor :
- Support all aspects of sales, customer service, and sales representative team development.
- Execute strategies to drive sales across multiple categories.
- Participate in recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing sales representative performance.
- Coach sales representative team on expectations and sales standards.
- Support sales team on the sales floor by interacting with customers and uncovering customers' needs through skilled questions.
- Support in leading daily and monthly store meetings.
- Support management team in key-holding, store opening, and store closing responsibilities.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity at all levels.
- Ensure team members are up to date on policies and procedures.
Good thing you have what it takes :
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Embody the Samsung brand and care about customer needs.
- Possess high level of interpersonal and customer skills.
- Strong management, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to recruit and build a team.
- Detail-oriented and results-focused.
