The Team andYou

In the currentcontext of energy transition and as leader of the Energysegment you will be in charge of adjusting anddirecting the strategy to current and future global needs in orderto support promising growth for Norda Stelo.

Youwill be responsible for defining business development strategiesand direction. Working closely with the Directors of the Centers ofExcellence you will be involved in identifying the expertiserequired as well as staffing profiles and partnerships to ensure acompetitive offering in the marketplace.

You willwork closely with other segment directors and marketoperations.

A unique segment for aunique person

Reporting to theResources and Industry VicePresident and in a growth perspectiveyou will identify business opportunities and develop them intobusiness partnerships.

You will also be involved in all phases ofour existing and potential agreements : from client relations toclosing the deal including opportunity analysis and serviceproposals.

You will be at the heart of the segmentsdecisions.

Yourprofile :

  • Bachelorsdegree in engineering or any other relevant combination ofstudies;
  • A minimum of 15 years experience inbusiness development and partnershipbuilding;
  • Excellent knowledge of the energysector;
  • Experience with consulting engineeringfirms (essential);
  • Significant achievements inmanagement development of strategic plans setting up salesprocesses and establishing substantial new business partnerships;
  • Strong communication skills agility andadaptability strategy development client focus rigor andstructure;
  • Ability to work as part of a teamand to commit to several projectssimultaneously;
  • Bilingualism French andEnglish both spoken and written(essential);
  • Willingness to travel occasionallywithin and outsideCanada.
