Job Summary

TheUpstream HR Business Partnering Department is responsible forproviding endtoend HR services to the entire Upstream BusinessLine.

They are currently seeking to hire a Senior HR BusinessPartner with experience leading HR transformation in a large matrixreporting organization.

Upstream produces up to 12 million barrelsof oil and approximately 18 billion standard cubic feet of gas perday. The organization consists of 8 business units (Admin Areas)and approximately 30000 employees.

The Senior HRBusiness Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role as the link betweenthe This Company Corporate HR function and the Upstream BusinessLine.

They develop partnerships across the HR function to delivervalueadding services that enable the Upstream business to achieveits growth ambitions by 2030.

To be effective the HRBP needs todevelop a deep understanding of the Business Line strategy keyvaluedrivers business and workforce plans and culture.

They must beable to translate these insights into a people agenda for theUpstream organization.

Requirements :

  • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
  • Masters degree in arelevant field
  • Minimum of 15 years ofexperience in HR business partnering with specific experience inthe Oil and Gas sector advantageous
  • Understanding of business functions industry trends andcompetitive landscape
  • Proven track record oftranslating business requirements into people strategy
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively with allorganizational levels and building strong relationships withstakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changingcircumstances and resilience in facing industrychallenges
  • Strong leadership and analyticalabilities with a focus on datadriven approaches to improve businessperformance
